Description
libpurple0 on Debian depends on dbus. As minbif's users don't care about DBUS fucking weight features, we could build an own package which don't disable dependence on dbus.

Ari Pollak, the libpurple Debian maintainer answered me:
libdbus-1-3 and libdbus-glib-1-2 are extremely small compared to the rest of libpurple0's dependencies, and there is no network-manager dependency. It's certainly not required to have either D-Bus or N-M running for libpurple to work properly.
