Description
When user joins a chat channel, an option might be used to autojoin channel at connection on account.

It shouldn't be when the user joins the channel because he might not know yet he wants to autojoin.
Maybe allow the user to set a mode on the channel (like +P) to make it "permanent"?

It auto-rejoin channels when disconnected. There isn't any channel flag. If you don't want to autojoin a channel, juste leave it.
