Description
Someone try to contact you for the first time, you're requested to accept or not this "invitation", and when you say "accept", minbif should ask you if you want to add the buddy to your list, and ask for an authorisation too. Maybe this behavior is jabber-specific because in this protocole their is a two-way acceptation needed.
