Description
Add a setting to chat with buddies in status channels.
For example, it can be an /admin parameter, or a channel mode.

When you write 'nick: message' in a status channel, the buddy will answers in.
It's a first step, but it would be interesting to set a mode on status channel to specify the default behavior. As there is currently no status channel's modes management, it will be implemented for the 1.1 version.
