test_147_execnet: Skip non-general tests

Deactivated tests which require a specific user vim setting. It
shouldn't be too difficult to make them general if needed (by added
command line option(s)), but time is limited and they aren't needed at
the moment.

Fixed time in blog posts.

Closes #184 (last part of that report)

It seems Wordpress has changed and sends us the time in the users local
time instead of utc. #92 asked for local time and now we have double
local time.

The Old Wordpress behaviour was preferable. The local time of the...

blogit.txt: improved help file.

  • Many clarifications.
  • Change some verbs for textual coherence, and corrected a typo.
  • Changed "runtimepath" for $VIMRUNTIME, as it appears in such manner in
    other help files.
